We are at our guests’ disposal for any personal requirement.
B&B is specially suitable for anniversaries, celebrations and other particular events.

SERVICES:
BREAKFAST: kitchen availability, no service included.
CLEANING: every 3/4 days, bed linen changed every 3 / 4 days when staying more than 3 nights.

REGULATIONS TO BE FOLLOWED:

  • Rooms must be leaved within 10 a.m.
  • Luggage can be kept and also parking can be maintained.
  • No animals allowed.
  • No smoking.
  • All rooms‘ equipment must be handled with care.
  • Due to the particular fitting of the rooms we ask to take great care of them.
  • The rooms ‘ availability is after 5 p.m.

N.B.: * + € 60,- Partial share of contract registration applied only once for contracts exceeding thirty days. Other costs to be sustained are related to consumption of water, gas, electricity.


The contract has a duration varying from a minimum of thirty days to a maximum of 12 months, eventually renewable, and is foreseen for persons domiciled here for business, study or tourism. Maximum willingness to consider any personal requirements to be agreed with the guests.

RULES TO BE OBSERVED:

- No animals allowed.
- No smoking.
- The equipment of the suite must be handled with care.
- Due to the particular fitting of the rooms we ask to take maximum care.
